Great for when you want a sugar free carb load that also comes in some insanely delicious flavours too, this makes an excellent addition to any diet.
Directions: To Enjoy Hot: Add 1 Heaped Scoop to 150ml of water in your blender bottle, shake and pour into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat this until you have the consistency of rice porridge you want. Cream of Rice can also be enjoyed cold and taken with milk or water as a drink.
